Demi Hi Demi, I'm so sorry to hear about Angel. He was such a sweetheart. I feel he was just too fragile for this world and chose to just visit it for just a short while to bring you so much love. I know how hard it is when they leave, but animals are ALWAYS telling me to remember the bigger picture. He will send you another cat very soon to carry on that love and you will recognise them by the eyes and a sort of inner 'knowing.' Angel was sent to remind you that you are worthy of love and you were so special that he chose you to bring that message to. Animals truly find us for what we need to learn from them and they always touch our hearts. Angel truly was a little earth angel and is now taking up his duties in spirit where he can do so much more work. Have no fear, all is healed in spirit and he will be safe and loved. Dr. Weiss is a well known name among the medical profession regarding the exploration of having past lives. Weiss' name commonly comes up whenever the topic of reincarnation or past life regression is reported on in the media. I read Dr. Brian Weiss' book about past lives titled Many Lives, Many Masters in the late 80s. Fast forward from the 80s, 90s.... Today more and more people are wondering if reincarnation is plausible. This week a new article was published in the The New York Times on the subject of past lives. Check out Lisa Miller's article Remembrances of Lives Past to learn more about the use of regression therapy in treating people with emotional issues. In the early 90s I attended a group hypnosis session to discover three of my own past lives. The past life hypnotherapist led the group into a light trance and through guided meditation "willed" me and all the other participants to look into the source of knowing and recall three different lifetimes from our past. The experience felt kind of like reaching into a hat with your hand and pulling out names scribbled on scraps of paper, except no names, only scenarios. I didn't feel connected to these people who I apparently was previously. As I recall the memories that surfaced were that of a sailor boy on a boat situated near the coast of Norway, an aging nomad Native American woman who was migrating to Montana with her clan, the third "me" was a Romanian woman who lived in a woodsy area who knew about medicinal herbs, trees, etc. Somewhere among all my journals I have more details written down. No names, but year dates, types of clothing I was wearing, etc. Do I believe that these scenes that surfaced in my mind on that evening were really my past lives? Yes, but it is not a clear-cut YES. I don't believe in past lives as a sure thing as much as I speculate (emphasis on speculate) about having parallel experiences or simultaneous lives. Our past lives and future lives are pieces of a cosmic puzzle. I imagine that Phylameana, the part of me that is typing this blog is only a fragment of the whole of my experiences. This personality is a bit fuzzy about what the truth really is since her knowledge is so limited. I think the "unknowing" or the "forgetting" is a major part of the experience of being who we are. How else would we be able to carry on in our relationships and further our spiritual education if we were completely awake? As exciting as it was to learn about these other "me's" I was actually more interested in meeting the people I met at the workshop. I think I may have known a couple of them in a former lifetime. Permalink | Comment | Email this Read more at this website... 08/30/2010 Signs of First Feast Held at Shaman Burial Site The unearthing of seventy-one tortoise shells in Israel at a 12,000 year old burial site is being reported as the earliest human ritual feast evidenced. The grave site is an excavated floor area of a cave which was lined with stone slabs that were plastered with clay. The body found inside the grave was that of a woman believed to have been a shaman. The tortoise shells (remains from the feasting ceremony) were placed beneath, around, and above the shaman's remains. Anthropologist, Natalie Munro, has concluded that the burial findings indicate her shaman status among her people and also a special relationship with the animal world. Along with the tortoise shells was the wing of a golden eagle, the pelvis of a leopard, also a human foot. Research by archaeologist Leore Grosman reveals that the woman was a member of the Natufian culture, and was probably considered having the ability to communicate with the spirit world... read more discoveries.

Free Advice from Angel Intuitive, Eileen Smith  Hi Eileen,I have just been working on cutting cords with past relationships because I have been feeling very bogged down. Can you tell me which angels have been helping me to cut those ties and if they have a message? Raven Dear Raven, The angel for cutting cords is Archangel Michael who also frequently partners with Archangel Raphael with completing this task. You can also call on St. Germain, an Ascended Master who can transmute and transform the negative energies around us into positive energies. Archangel Michael uses an energy "sword," Raphael uses a soothing green healing energy and St. Germain uses a violet flame to burn away that which no longer serves us. Follow these instructions to use my technique for cutting cords and transforming energy into positive. Your angels tell me cord cutting is only part of the step in releasing what you have been feeling. The next step for you is to also disengage from thinking about them and the hurtful past. The angels say when we continue to think about these things too much the cords we cut can re-attach. So when you catch yourself thinking about them, stop yourself, say Cancel and Delete and then quickly replace the thought or image with something positive, like a positive current or future relationship, or anything that feels good to you. This is a simple but effective two step healing exercise you can do as you begin to monitor your thoughts:
Positive is always is stronger than the negative. The positive thought then goes out into the universe and overrides the negative, essentially erasing it, and this can create change in your consciousness and makes us aware of the habit of negative thought and emotions and can re-train us to diminish the habit. Something that really helps me come into a balanced place is the following a breath awareness chant exercise. It is so simple, yet very effective. You or anyone reading this can use this in any place or any time your feeling stressed, hurt or angry. Do it at work, in a store, sitting in your car in a parking lot, anywhere! Or anytime you feel the need to let go of something. This is a challenging time on Earth. The energies are stronger and at times chaotic. Those of us who are very sensitive can feel it and it can overwhelmed with sadness, impatience, insecurity and a feeling of separateness. Many people seem to have the emotion of anger coming up a lot. Another exercise that is so helpful is a breath awareness chant. I recommend you repeat the breathing chant until you feel yourself come back into a more balanced and centered place. Permalink | Comment | Email this Read more at this website... 08/25/2010 The Power: Sequel to The Secret has been released The sequel to Rhonda Byrne's book The Secret titled The Power was released this month (sorry folks, it is not available in Amazon's Kindle Store or in Apple's iBooks Store as yet). I've not read it but hope to soon. I really enjoyed watching The Secret DVD when it first came out in 2006. I bought several copies of the DVD and gave them away as gifts. Not sure I'll do the same with The Power if/when it comes out as a movie, but maybe. I believe in the Law of Attraction, although I realize this simple cosmic law is not an easy concept for many to fully grasp. I have my own struggles with attracting positives, everyone does. How would you rate your manifesting power? As I understand from reading various promos and also from Joe Vitale's online review of this sequel is that although Rhonda Byrne has written more about the law of attraction in The Power, but she is primarily focused on how our emotions and feelings of love affect this cosmic law. I got a chuckle out of that. Who is the Guru of Giggling? Indian doctor, Dr. Madan Kataria, is the creator of laughter yoga. I usually do end up laughing whenever I try unsuccessfully to fold my body up into the shape of a pretzel [insert laughter audio here... lol]. Actually, laughing is usually the better choice over crying in situations like these. The Laughing Guru tells his trainees that pretend laughter has the same bodily effect as laughter that arises from humor. Who knew? So, even if you don't think my jokes are funny.
